Mookie Personal Assistant

Privacy policy · Updated October 18, 2026

How this personal integration handles information.

Mookie Personal Assistant is privately operated by the Google account owner for personal use. It runs on Hermes Agent and connects to Google services only after authorization. This policy describes both that assistant integration and these public informational pages.

Google information accessed

Depending on permissions granted on Google's consent screen and the task being performed, the assistant can access Gmail message contents, headers, labels and attachments; Calendar events; Drive files; Docs and Sheets content; and Contacts. Some granted permissions also allow sending or modifying information. Authorization to a service does not mean every item is routinely downloaded.

How information is used

Information is used for personal assistant functions such as searching messages and documents, summarizing newsletters, answering questions, preparing recommendations, and helping with organization. Changes such as sending messages, editing events or documents, or sharing information require the account owner's instructions or approval under the assistant's operating policy. Google-derived data is not sold or used by the operator for advertising or advertising profiles.

AI processing and other recipients

Relevant message excerpts, document contents, and task context may be transmitted to the configured AI provider to generate a response. The current installation uses OpenAI through a ChatGPT/Codex subscription. If the configured provider changes, this notice should be updated. The provider processes requests under its applicable terms, privacy policy, and the account's data-use settings. This notice does not claim that all assistant information stays on the computer or that external providers retain nothing.

When the owner instructs the assistant to use another integration or communicate with another person, the information necessary for that task may also be sent to that destination. The operator does not offer this integration's Google data to the general public.

Storage, credentials, and retention

Google OAuth credentials, assistant conversations, working files, logs, and selected cached information are stored in the operator's local computing environment. Some outputs may be saved to the owner's other connected services at their direction. Local records can persist until the owner deletes them; no fixed automatic deletion period is promised by this notice. External AI and communication services have their own retention policies.

OAuth tokens and client secrets are not included in this public website. They authorize the personal installation and are not a password-sharing or public sign-in service.

Revoke access or delete saved information

The account owner can remove the integration's access from the Google Account third-party connections page. Revocation prevents further authorized access but does not automatically erase previously saved conversations, logs, files, or copies held by external providers. The owner can delete local saved records and use the relevant provider's account or privacy controls for provider-held information. Contact the operator for questions or assistance.

This public website

These are static information pages hosted on Cloudflare Pages after deployment. They contain no Google authorization endpoint, mailbox interface, analytics script, advertising, or application cookies. The hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses and request metadata, to deliver and protect the site under its own policies. Google content and assistant credentials are not hosted here.

Google API data

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs are subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. This personal integration is not a Google product or a public registration service.

Contact and changes

Operator contact: sach.bot.24@gmail.com. This policy should be updated when the integration's data access, providers, or storage practices change.
